Return Policy Lisa B 's guarantees all of its products from defects. If you find a quality defect in the product you have purchased you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Lisa B 's will gladly exchange the item for you once the item has been shipped back to us. Understandably personalized products cannot be returned. Cancellation of your order is not possible as it is entered into the production system right away. There is no refund on shipping costs.
